Product design |
Designers need to study the external appearance of any product under development. Simple drawings are inadequate; today, most businesses use three-dimensional drawings. |
The image must be created using 3D illustration software. If necessary, you can change its color and shape. Use a folio-size photo-quality printer to create presentation materials. |
If you plan to use an overhead projector, you will need OHP transparencies. OHP transparencies for ink jet printers are different from those for laser printers; using the wrong kind of transparency can jam the printer. Check the transparency package to make sure you use the correct kind. |
To change the color without re-rendering the image, you can use Photoshop, an image editing software. Set the rendering resolution so that the actual size can be printed at 180 dpi or higher. At this setting, you will need about 8 MB of computer memory to print a 270 x 200 mm color image (1913 x 1417 pixels) of uncompressed RGB data. |
